Having spent the past 15 years in Learning and Enablement, I’ve worn a lot of hats, but they’ve all revolved around the same goal: helping people learn, do great work, and building better software, workflows, and systems to support both.

I work across the entire learning and enablement lifecycle, partnering with organizations to solve performance challenges through strategy, design, technology, and continuous improvement.

I discover performance challenges before prescribing solutions.

I partner with frontline employees, subject matter experts, business leaders, and C-suite executives to understand what's really happening beneath the surface. Together, we identify root causes, align learner behaviors with business goals, define measurable outcomes, and determine whether learning is actually the right solution.

Design

I design learning experiences that align people, processes, and organizational goals.

I use adult learning principles, cognitive science, and learner-centered design to create experiences that are engaging, practical, and built to last. Whether I'm reducing cognitive load, improving a process, or helping drive behavior change, my goal is always the same: make it easier for people to do their best work.

03 Build

Build

I build engaging learning experiences across every major modality.

From instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, cohort-based, self-paced, blended, and eLearning experiences to multimedia, video, simulations, performance support, technical documentation, and interactive digital experiences, I enjoy bringing ideas to life. I also use AI to rapidly prototype concepts, accelerate development, and create more personalized learning experiences where it adds real value.

04 Enable

I enable adoption through scalable systems, knowledge, and governance.

Building great learning is only half the job. I also think about how people discover it, access it, use it, and keep it relevant over time. That includes LMS administration, learner journeys, deployment planning, governance, knowledge management, wikis, AI-enabled workflows, communications, and the systems that help learning become part of the day-to-day.

05 Optimize

Optimize

I optimize learning through data, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

I use learner feedback, business data, operational metrics, and the Kirkpatrick Model to understand what's working, what isn't, and where we can improve. Whether it's refining a single learning experience or strengthening an enterprise-wide program, I'm always looking for ways to increase impact, sustainability, and long-term value.
